This is one good looking Barcrest machine, using the Hasbro Monopoly brand to create a mobile roulette table that’s a little different.
What so different about it? Well, technically this is a European roulette table as there is only one 0. However, where in an American roulette you’ll have a second Zero, this one has a ‘H’ space.
That H is for Hot properties, an additional betting place you can place, which you’ll find below the ‘red’ and ‘black’ betting square on iPads and Tablets, and below the ‘2 to 1’ bets on Android phones and iPhones.
How much does the Hot Property bet pay?
Technically, it doesn’t. What you then get, if you place a bet on this square and it lands, is a bonus game. Here, you get a ‘deal or no deal’ type of game, where you pick from 18 Monopoly property cards of different values.
After each round of picks (maximum of 5), the bank will give you an offer based on the value of properties left on the board. The most you can expect to win here is over 200 times your chips worth.
Which, you notice, doesn’t take into account your table bet.
Theoretically, this space can pay better than any straight up bet, and the RTP does improve on this machine if you gamble on it.
Do you really need this gimmick?
Well, not going to lie, it does add an extra dimension to a beautiful Monopoly Roulette table. But in all honesty, you could not play with that bet and enjoy a beautiful effortless table.
For one, you get two views of the table, making it easier to place bets, and you can easily get to the side bets, meaning effortless betting, even on the smaller screens.
With bet details telling you exactly what you are spinning, and what numbers have come before, the animations are superb, and if you don’t want to change your bet too often, isn’t too fiddly (if you want to save betting hands, you are better off trying Playtech Premium Roulette table).
All in all, a worthy mobile roulette table for fans of Hasbro’s most famous game, and who are looking for a little extra action on the reels, even if it means an overall slightly lower RTP.

Conclusion
The Monopoly Roulette: Hot Property game is a little bit different from what you might find – not quite American, but not European either, it brings it own rules and unique bonus rules.
If you are looking for simpler bets, we’d recommend IGT’s Player Suite Roulette game, which is more traditional in look and feel.
However, Barcrest like to create unconventional games, and this Monopoly Roulette table certainly stands out from the pack.
