Yet Riviera Riches slot still provides some decent entertainment, especially for a low variance game that came out back in June 2011.

Play’n Go Golden Ticket

This 5×5 grid may not strike you as your typical mobile phone slot game, but that’s because it isn’t.

It’s in fact, unusual, weird, unexpected, but completely fun.

Slot purists will shy away from a Play’n Go game that doesn’t have the traditional paylines or features, but for the rest of you looking to the future of mobile casino gaming, check out this Golden Ticket slot machine.

The symbols dissapear whenever you get three or more symbols touching vertically or horizontally, anywhere on screen. These are not replaced, avalanche style like Balloonies, but instead one wild symbol shows up instead, which allows for another win and increases the multiplier meter on the left hand side.

If you clear the whole screen you get 1,000x your bet win. Making this the second hardest hitting slot in the list, next to Balloonies.

Elk Gaming The Lab

Who is Elk Gaming? Where did they come from? Where are they going?

We can’t answer all of these right now, though we can tell you that they started their life in 2012 and are only now starting to bring about a selection of online slot titles. The Lab is the first to go to on handheld casinos, and we have to say. We were impressed.

Fans of the popular slot Starburst will be immediately intrigued by The Lab slot machine, though the symbols aren’t gems but chemical elements. Still, the way the graphics flash across the screen and the purple, pink and blue overtones,with immersive sound effects, just makes this dazzling and eye catching.

However, this is not a copy of NetEnt’s most famous son, this is something quite different. You trigger the free spins by getting the logo in the ‘vortex’ on reel two. Not as hard as you might think, though explaining the free spin bonus round will sound far more complicated than simply telling you to go play it and watch the magic.

It’s a 15 payline slot, which is familiar but completely new at the same time. Unless you’ve played Energoonz, which is the same game, but with little aliens.

It has added touches like a scatter that give a 2x multiplier every time it shows up anywhere and slot betting strategies, which change your bet accordingly depending on how much you are losing or winning. Easier for beginners to learn and great for experts who are feeling lazy and want to autoplay.

Play’n Go Crazy Cows

The second release from the Play’n Go software provider, the Crazy Cows slot machine is another copy, but this one far more traditional than Golden Ticket. For one, it has your standard 20 paylines over 5 reels and 3 rows. For two, you’ll find all your traditional features, such as wilds, scatters and free spins.

So it’s probably the least unique of the latest casino game releases, yet it has a special weapon hiding in the barnyard. It has the same mechanics as Enchanted Meadow, probably one of the best Play’n Go games in their portfolio.

And it’s not just the pretty graphics that attracts. It’s the expanded wilds, with free re-spins if you’re lucky. It’s the click me game that decides how many free spins and multipliers you’ll get, giving a sense of thrill and hope that next time you’ll catch that 5x multiplier. It’s the cow craziness.

But whilst Enchanted Meadow was charming and cute, Crazy Cows is funny and cartoony. We prefer the original, but as so many people got turned off from the sweet theme, Crazy Cows was born for those who want to experience this fun low variance game, but just not willing to go play with the fairies.

Star Rating? 3.5 but only because we prefer the theme of the original 4 star Enchanted Meadow.

The Overall Verdict

Look we know this new mobile slots post is starting to sound like we’ve fallen in love with 5 slots at once and are being just a little bit too nice… but anyone who has been reading Lucky Mobile Casinos for any length of time will tell you that we are generally not that forgiving.
